Organisation

SWISSPEAK Resorts, hereinafter referred to as "the organiser", whose registered office is at Avenue de Pratifori 7, 1950 Sion (Switzerland), is organising free competitions with no obligation to buy on its various social platforms (Instagram, Facebook).

The competition has no connection with Facebook and Instagram. It is not sponsored, supported or organised by these platforms. The organiser is the sole contact and responsible party.

General

The duration of the competition is indicated in the publication. The competition is conducted in English and French.

Participation

These free competitions with no obligation to buy are only open to people who have reached the age of majority on the date of the start of the competition. In accordance with the rules in force on Meta, Facebook and Instagram, it is not compulsory to like or share the publication in order to win. Only one entry per person is permitted. To enter, simply comment on the competition publication on Facebook and/or Instagram. The winner will be drawn at random on Friday 26 April 2024. The winner will be contacted directly via his/her private messaging system on Facebook and Instagram. There are no geographical restrictions; the race number for the Sierre/Zinal race will be given to you if you are the winner of the competition. Any additional costs will be borne by you.

Prize

The prizes at stake are set out in the description of the competition on the social network concerned. This description is authoritative. There is one bib to be won on Facebook and one bib to be won on Instagram. The winner chooses the type of race number they would like to receive Tourist or Runner.

Designation of winners

The winner of the Facebook and Instagram competitions will be chosen by random draw using an independent and impartial virtual tool. Participants are chosen from among the comments under the competition publication posted before the entry deadline stipulated in the publication. Winners are notified by private message directly on the relevant social platform.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the draw, the prize will be put back into play. A new winner will then be designated by our tool.

Data protection

Winners' contact details will be entered and used solely for contact purposes. No data will be used for commercial purposes. Winners' personal Facebook or Instagram pages will not be mentioned in the announcement in order to guarantee their anonymity.

Legal

Comments that do not comply with the regulations of the Facebook and Instagram platforms or Swiss law will be deleted without notice. Any legal recourse is excluded. The prize will not be paid out in cash. The prize may not be passed on to a third party. Fake accounts intended exclusively for competitions will not be taken into account.
